I trained in Bristol, intercalating in pharmacology, and was awarded my BSc in1988

completing my medical degree and graduating MB ChB in 1991.

I was awarded the AC Daniels Scholarship in 1988 and won the top prize in neonatology the following year.

Junior medical training was primarily in Bath, Cheltenham and Cardiff, with general

practice accreditation achieved in 1996.

Postgraduate examinations passed include those for MRCGP, DFFP and DRCOG.

Whilst in general practice I developed a particular interest in palliative care and, after 12 months of intensive and diverse studying was successful in gaining the Diploma in Palliative Medicine from Cardiff University in 2002.

More recently I completed the first part of the Diploma in Occupational Medicine from the Faculty of Occupational Medicine from the Royal College of Physicians.

In addition to working as a principle in general practice, I have been designated

occupation health physician to Tillery Valley Foods Limited, Axiom Manufacturing Services Limited, and Asset International.
